Interviewing
Full face to face interviewing to access qualifications, experience character and suitability to employment and specific roles. Full referencing obtained. Awareness of health, hygiene and safety certified accordingly.
Government Legislation

- National Insurance Contributions
- CRB disclosures (Criminal Records Bureau) - For staff working with vulnerable adults and children i.e. Schools and Social Service units.
- WRS (Workers Registration Scheme) - All workers from the new Accession States* are required by the Home Office to register by law upon employment in the UK.
* Accession States: Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Direct Payment
You will not have to complicate your Accounts and bookwork in dealing with Tax, National Insurance Contributions and Holiday Pay. You will receive just one invoice.
